All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties, credit, loans or unauthorised sources are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
Withdrawal of winnings at Peluang8 processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. This is standard procedure to prevent money laundering. Withdrawals to DuitNow and Touch 'n Go eWallet are typically completed within 5–15 minutes for amounts below RM10,000.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed the basic KYC process. In addition, any active bonuses in your account must fulfil the stipulated rollover requirements before the balance can be withdrawn.

In the rare event that a software bug causes an error in the display of winnings, Peluang8 reserves the right to reverse incorrect payouts and reissue payment at the correct value. Affected players will be notified within 48 hours.

VIP Rewards Program Peluang8 consists of five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. All new members are automatically placed at the Bronze tier. VIP progression is determined by the total cumulative VIP Points earned through gameplay activity.
VIP Points accumulation rate: for every RM10 wagered on any game generates 1 VIP Point. VIP Points do not expire as long as the account remains active (at least one login within 90 days). Peluang8 reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, cashback rates or benefits at any time with 7 days' prior notice to affected members.
You have the right to close your account Peluang8 at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Prior to account closure, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures. The closure process takes 1–3 business days.
Peluang8 reserves the right to suspend or close an account if:
